Organisational Agility

WorkMatters Membership portal gives you an exclusive access to our digital versions of our Organizational Agility programmes. Agility is critical for organizational and personal success today – and for navigating the changing world of work into the future.  However, as a deliberate strategy and capability, Agility is often poorly defined and unevenly executed.

The purpose of WorkMatters Organizational Agility programme is to address this issue and to help you to understand and explore all facets of Agility through a five-module training experience. These interconnected modules are the five building blocks of Agility namely:

A Heading

This course addresses the practical challenges of becoming a more ‘agile organisation’. We help participants advance the debate regarding Organizational Agility from being an aspired value and concept towards being an operational, cultural, and consistently applied capability across the organisation.

In this course we explore what being an Agile Team entails and how teams working with Agile mindset can set the organization on success journey in this ever-changing world of work.

In this course, we address the opportunities and challenges of organizational agility at an individual level and explore how developing a more deliberate and conscious approach to Personal Agility is critical and imperative for all of us.

In this course, we will explore the topic of Agile Leadership and help you develop your own model and approach to Agile Leadership that is true to who you are and the leader you want to be.

In this course, we explore organizational agility from the people and talent perspective. We also explore emerging HR trends for the future of work and new ways of working for HR and how it interacts with the business.
