This is a blended course, where participants explore AgileHR through a combination of a self-led online introduction to AgileHR and a 2-hour facilitated session held online. In this introductory course, we look at AgileHR from different perspectives and explore the principles and values necessary to sustain them. We also look at practical examples of how to design the talent and people elements needed to help support and enable agility in an organisation. Finally, we look at Agile methods and tools, such as Kanban and Scrum techniques, to learn how they help to improve business agility and how they can be practically applied for HR.
