So, what are the skills that can help us to thrive rather than just cope in agile work environments today? What do we need to help us to adapt to the inevitable changes to come in the future of work? That is what the WorkMatters Personal Agility course is all about.  Building on your own experiences to date, we will explore how developing a more deliberate and conscious approach to “Personal Agility” is critical and imperative for all of us in the changing world of work.

As organizations seek more agility and pace in their business and operational models, how does this impact us as individuals, both in the short term and as we work to future-proof our careers.  Work and working life are changing faster than at any time in our history and this bring both wonderful opportunity but also some new challenges as well….
