WorkMatters have helped our leaders and managers with our ongoing transition to more flexible work models and new ways of working. Their focus and support to us on peer to peer learning and engagement has also helped us create a culture of ongoing improvement and learning within the Society as our new ways of working develop over time

The WorkMatters Agile HR programme and coaching support was a real game changer for me and for us as a team. It puts language and distinct principles and tools around what previously had just been intuition and a sense that there must be a better way to ‘do HR’ and how HR can consistently add value to the organisation. If there is one programme you invest in this year, this is it!.

Kathryn WhyteChief People Officer, Enterprise Ireland

The Organizational Agility programme is a must for the times we’re in. With so much changing in our working world, having awareness and knowledge, about how to support staff or how to make small changes happen is essential. This programme opens up different ways that we can do this. The content is excellent with lots of case studies, tools to use and takeaways that can be brought back to the workplace to start straight away. The interactive nature of the sessions and the variety of these means you are learning as you go and putting the tools into practice from the start. The variety of participants and the openness with which all engage is extremely beneficial, with relationships and networks extending beyond the course. Personally, I thoroughly enjoyed the two hours each week to allow me to learn and hear from others as we journey through this significant period of change.

WorkMatters worked with our leadership team and our staff in defining the unique culture of Netwatch at a critical time when we were expanding our business internationally. They helped us to identify practical ways to optimise and sustain key aspects of our culture and how to manage this important part of our business model as we expanded Netwatch around the world.

David WalshCEO Netwatch

Undergoing a team development programme with WorkMatters was a pivotal experience for us as a team. They helped us to challenge and rethink our ways of working in a very supportive way, providing us with a range of practices, skills and tools to create a more sustainable, future-fit, engaged and impactful team.

Lyndsey PerdisattHR Director, HPRA

WorkMatters led a Personal Agility diagnostic and development programme for all our people leaders. This was critical in helping our people leaders understand their own agility strengths and development areas as well as how they could identify these skills in others and more effectively coach their teams in a fast moving and changing work environment.

Dorota PiotrowskaHead of People, Netguru, Poland

Redesigning our recruitment, onboarding and flexible working processes became business critical processes for us in highly competitive and dispersed talent environment. These processes also need to be hybrid enabled and co-owned with managers and employees due to HR capacity and resource constraints. James and Ciara enabled us to achieve all these objectives and all of our key EX and people KPI’s all increased as a result.
