Accredited through IC-Agile, the programme comes with full certification on completion. With a comprehensive digital pre-study course to get you started, you’ll dive deep into:

  • AgileHR Fundamentals: Grasp the principles of AgileHR and how new HR ways of working and perspectives can unlock HR team effectiveness, productivity and engagement.

  • HR’s Role in the Future of Work: From shaping the very essence of how we work to embracing the evolving employee experience, understand the critical role of HR and people processes in shaping what’s next.

  • Real-world Application: Experience how HR can apply practices and tools to alleviate current workload challenges – and play a vital role in shaping our work and workplaces through practical examples and team exercises.
